Why CNC punching

Fast Repeated Holes, Slots And Forms

CNC turret punching is usually the practical choice when a sheet metal part has repeated hole patterns, vents, louvers or connector openings. It keeps cycle time low for batch quantities and avoids the extra heat input that some thin sheets do not need.

Electrical Panels

We punch gland plates, MCC panel parts, control panel doors, meter cutouts, ventilation slots and hardware mounting holes for panel builders around Bangalore.

Perforated Components

Repeated round holes, square holes, obround slots and ventilation patterns can be produced consistently across multiple sheets when the drawing is finalised.

Batch Job Work

For repeat production, we can keep punching programs consistent so the next batch matches the earlier supply with fewer manual marking errors.

Production notes

How We Prepare Punching Jobs

1

We check the drawing for sheet size, hole spacing, edge distance and whether punching or laser cutting is the better route.

2

Material and thickness are confirmed before programming so tool selection and nesting are practical for the batch.

3

First pieces are checked for cutout position, hole size and bend allowance if the part will move to bending later.

4

Finished punched sheets can be supplied as blanks or moved into bending, welding, powder coating coordination or assembly support.
