Materials
Best fit
Laser cutting is useful when the part has complex outside profiles, small details, mixed hole sizes or low-volume requirements where making a special punch tool is not practical. It also helps when you need a clean blank before press brake bending or fabrication.
Curves, notches, tabs, name plates, machine guards and irregular brackets can be cut directly from CAD or DXF files.
Laser cut blanks can move into bending, welding, drilling, tapping, powder coating or assembly depending on the finished component.
For prototypes, urgent spares and mixed part nests, laser cutting reduces setup friction and keeps revisions easier to manage.
Quality checks
Drawing scale, material grade, thickness and quantity are checked before nesting the parts.
Critical holes, slots, bend lines and edge details are reviewed so the blank supports the next process.
For stainless steel, aluminium or visible parts, finish expectations are clarified before production.
Parts are packed for pickup, local delivery or further bending and fabrication at our Bangalore unit.
